The pricing provided is based upon the rental of dumpsters & the hauling of UNCONTAMINATED organic wastes.
By renting a dumpster, you are pledging that you have read & understand the "Accepted Organic Wastes" & are committing to the "Contamination Pledge" of having 0% contamination.
If contaminants are found in over 2% of your materials, in addition to any tipping fees accrued for taking the contaminants to the landfill, a Contamination Charge of $125 an hour, with a minimum of one hour, will be issued on top of your rental cost.
This includes de-packaging product.
ABSOLUTELY NO PAINT OR LIQUID CHEMICALS
If paint or liquid chemicals are found within the dumpster, the renter will be directly responsible to paying any cleanup costs to ensure that the dumpster does not contaminate any future hauls.
Per Service Price Includes:
Roll-Off Dumpster, Waste Removal Service Fee, Tipping Fee, Dumpster Sanitation & Cleaning, inclusive of travel, fuel fee, & time.
Payment Schedule:
Zero Waste Houston will invoice on the 1st day of each month for the subscription services of the prior month. Invoices will be sent to the email provided. Payment terms are "Due Upon Receipt" & will be made by the Customer accordingly.
Pick-Ups & Emptying:
The pick-up & emptying of the dumpsters are arranged on an on-call basis with a 48-hour notice. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange for a dumpster to be emptied.
To maximize efficiency, we bring an empty dumpster & swap it with your full dumpster all in one trip. This ensures that our clients are not without a dumpster for any period of time & allows us to reduce our emissions two-fold.
Zero Waste Disposal Certificates with diversion rates are available for your records.
