Pick up days vary for other locations. The day you recieve your bucket is the day your pickup will be.

No Contamination Accepted. Review our section "What to Compost" section and our contamination pledge at the bottom of our Residential Services Page.
Vacation Service Suspension Available.  No Payment Suspension or Refunds.
ZWH reserves the right to refuse starting services at any address.  This decision would be based on mileage/time from closest current customer.
Apartment or Code Access Community Subscribers - you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date access codes.  Crew will not call or text, nor wait for access.  Billing will not be adjusted for missed services due to lack of access.  If you live in a complex where we do not have immediate access to your door step, elevators, require waiting on management, etc. please contact us prior to subscribing.
If we adjust weekly schedule to different day of week, you will be notified.
