Engelmann Daisy (Engelmannia Peristenia) – an evergreen perennial wildflower that blooms yellow flowers from spring to frost.  
 
Growth: Can grow 1 - 3 feet tall.
Light: Thrives in full sun to partial shade. 
Soil: Moderate to dry, well-drained soils. 
Hardiness: Sturdy. Heat & drought tolerant.   
Maintenance: Low maintenance. Cut back in late summer to potentially bloom again in fall. Will self-seed if seeds are not eaten by birds. 
Benefits: Attracts pollinators, including Monarch butterflies, and is the host plant to the Pearl Crescent Butterfly. Valuable for erosion control.
