Upland Wild Timothy – a perennial, warm season grass with a light green color with a fairly short stature.   
 
Growth: Can grow 2 feet tall.
Light: Can grow in full sun to full shade. 
Soil: can grown in medium-wet to medium-dry soil. 
Hardiness: Does well in medium to drier areas. Deer resistant. 
Maintenance: Spreads easily. Potentially aggressive & could overwhelm small landscapes.
